We loved the location, the sand beach, the staff at the buffets were outstanding - courteous and very welcoming. The rooms were big and although some maintenance would not hurt, they were totally acceptable. The beds were comfortable, loved the bathtub, the water pressure was good and we did not have issues with water temperature (our rooms were in the ground floor). We also enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi - I wish those could be booked for longer than 30 minutes a day. The coatis were the absolute hit with the kids. A special shout out to Teo at the tour booking. He went above and beyond to make sure our trip was happening after the tour company screwed up. Looking forward to come again!

We absolutely loved everything at this hotel! Very polite and helpful staff, incredibly picturesque territory with birds and animals walking all around, clean and tranquil sea, varied and tasty food and drinks. At times, it may even feel you are the only one at the hotel, no fuss, just tranquility and peace in the middle of the jungle. Amazing rooms with everything you need, very comfy bedding and complete calmness during nighttime. I just can't imagine what else one may need for a perfect recharge.

Wonderful location. The hotel consists of several small building connected by winding paths. Situated in a forest with nature all around - plenty of green and wildlife. The food is nice and drinks we’re also very good. particularly the cocktails from the pool bar. Good service from sun loungers at the pool and on the beach. The steaks in the speciality Mexican restaurant were tasty. The room was a good size with lovely bathroom and well stocked minibar.

Easy access to the docks for pickup for diving. Being able to grab a bite to eat almost anytime of the day. Service and cleanliness was exceptional. Staff was awesome at answering questions and helping. Easy check in and check out. Not too far from town but remote enough to get away from it all. Nice having drinks by the pool. Awesome to have drinks by the pool on the beach and be able to watch sunsets.

The place is big and accommodates all types of vacation styles: more quiet or more active ones. I liked that you need to walk a certain distance to reach different facilities of the resort. The dive center at the resort is very skilled and works efficiently. I booked my dives in advance with them but, once on site, everything was quick and clear.
